“Let’s hope that the positives in today’s overall jobs numbers with more people entering the labor force and 280,000 jobs created reflect what is really happening in the economy. It should serve as a cautionary note that the Labor Department’s jobs data completely missed reflecting the first quarter of 2015 economic contraction as they showed more than 500,000 jobs created during the first three months of the year while the economy slumped by 0.7 percent.”
