Judicial Reform Americans for Limited Government aims to make our nation’s judges accountable to both the rule of law and to the citizens whose rights they are sworn to uphold. In the Constitution, judges are given the power to apply the law of the land. Too often, they attempt to legislate from the bench instead of representing laws on the books. Recent years have shown a flurry of power plays by unaccountable, activist judges who want to dictate national policy.
